family life ministries
Central Church wants to be an active part in the spiritual growth of its members and the surrounding community. The Family Life Center (FLC) is part of the Family Ministries and is a direct extension of the mission and ministry of Central Church. The FLC mission is to share God’s love and the Hope of the gospel so that others may come to enjoy a personal relationship with Christ.
Central Church invites you to come and see what the Family Life Center has to offer. We have an aerobics room and state of the art weight training facility. In addition to the aerobics and weight rooms, the FLC has a Kids Zone (inside playground), gymnasium, and an indoor walking/running track.
Our aerobics program is unique in that women support each other in a friendly, Christian, and non-competitive atmosphere. It is designed for ministry through exercise, fellowship, and prayer. Childcare is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

Interval training alternates bursts of intense activity with periods of lighter activity. The intense periods will focus on cardio movements uszing anything from a step bench to plyometrics to circuits, while the lighter intervals will incorporate muscle conditioning. During the class, the heart rate doesn’t have a chance to drop dramatically, so max calories and fate are burned while also toning muscles and working the core. All fitness levels are welcome to be a part of this challenge.
50+: Do you want to be stronger, more flexible, have better balance, increase your metabolism, be healthier, and have fun?
