Serve those who are serving Binghampton through home repair – here’s a great opportunity to be “on-mission” in our own city! Central has adopted Memphis ministry, SOS “Service Over Self” a home-repair ministry that reaches needy homeowners in Binghampton, through home repair for the week of June 3 – June 8. You can help by praying on the SOS campus, serving dinner to the SOS student volunteers, helping with staff laundry or delivering popcicles to the students on the jobsites! Membership Class and New Members Luncheon, May 20, 9:25 a.m. – 12:10 p.m. Chapel.
If you are interested in becoming a member ofCentralChurch, this class is a required step. Following the class is a luncheon with our pastors and elders.
Mother’s Day Bake Sale, May 13, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Kids Zone.
Agua Viva is our summer missions trip to the Children’s Home inGuatemala. Come support the fundraiser by donating baked items or buying something for Mother’s Day.
STM Prayer Focus and Chili Night, May 16, 6:00 p.m., Fellowship Hall.
Join us for a special time to pray for our summer short-term trips. Bring some chili or soup for the potluck dinner we will share before our prayer time.
Team Ethiopia Paint Party Fundraiser
Our short term mission team to Ethiopia is hosting this fun time of painting and fellowship! Learn how to paint a picture, and take it home with you that night! All proceeds to benefit Team Ethiopia. Team Kenya – Boston Butts Sale

- Central is responsible for a monthly Chapel at Calvary Rescue Mission. If you would like to serve the meal and conduct the chapel, contact nancyarmstrong@centralchurch.com.
- David Olford works at UnionUniversityand with The Olford Institute. They host conferences for preachers from around the world. They have a need for hosts during the visit of International Pastors. They need help with transportation and someone willing to take these guests to visit the city of Memphis. If you can help, contact dolford@uu.edu
- The First Sunday of the Month is our special offering for missions. We ask you to consider a gift above and beyond your tithe to help support missionaries on the field and the homegrowns we want to send out on the field.
