2025 Vision
What is Central’s Vision?
Central’s mission is to multiply & mature disciples. Every year, Pastor Matt lays out goals for Central to ensure we are constantly staying on mission.

Sermon Based Small Groups
Small groups are the lifeblood of Central are where you are most likely to find life-long relationships. For 2025, we are seeking to have 25% of our regular attenders involved in routine sermon-based small groups.
Instead of focusing wide and doing multiple studies, we believe families will benefit most from intentionally focusing on Sunday’s message and diving deeper into that week’s scripture.
Formalize Central's Assimilation Process
Yes, we know assimilation is quite the moutful. The Assimilation Process in churches is the procedures or systems they have in place to turn visitors into members. Practically speaking, it’s how we prevent people from falling in the cracks and making sure the church is available to meet the relational needs of our church family.
In 2025, we are developing our volunteers and leaders, and building out systems that will enable us to share the gospel with every person who walks through Central’s doors. We’re also seeking creative means to invite people to our church, and finding ways to connect with them.

Update Missional Strategy
This year, we want to be intentonal in supporting our local and international ministry partners. We also want to inspire our church family to take part in missions and share the gospel with our neighborhood and the nations.
A great way to do that is by checking out a Short-Term Missions Trip, and seeing what God is doing in Collierville and beyond.
Student Ministry Revitalization
It’s no secret that Collierville revolves around it’s schools. We share Collierville’s commitment to the next generation, and want to be the place that every student wants to go to. By equipping our next generation to share their faith outside the church walls, we believe they will be inspired to grow in their relationship with God.
75% of Regular Attenders Giving
Hosting gospel-centered events and weekly services requires resources, and we believe that God will provide. However, we also know that it takes more than showing up every week to be sold out on our mission to multiply and mature disciples. Through giving, we’ve seen our church family take ownership of Central’s mission and commit to sharing the gospel.
